Fr. Francisco T. Estapa President of Holy Name University in Tagbilaran City, has signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Bohol ESL Cafe & Homestay, Inc. in the presence of Fr. Ruel F. Lero Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dr. Ramon Boleron Chair of the Languages Department, to offer short term ESL Programs for Foreign Students, to guarantee in this affiliation the highest quality of ESL (English as second Language) Education. This MOA was signed to confirm that Holy Name University of Tagbilaran and Bohol ESL Café & Homestay have created a joint Program for foreign students to help them to improve their speaking and writing skills in three interrelated modules , developing effective speech habits and skills, English grammar proficiency, and effective writing in English. The MOA also includes that all of our students have the benefit to use all of Holy Name University facilities such as a brand new speech laboratory, sports facilities and their HNU operated hospital.
